Vox, ICC and NEC venues shortlisted for industry awards
News | 18 May 2022As awards season gets underway and the events industry recovers from the uncertainty of the pandemic, the Vox, ICC and NEC have all been shortlisted for high profile venue awards in 2022.
As part of the Conference and Events Awards, the ICC has been shortlisted for ‘Best Conference Venue over 1100 theatre style’ and the Vox Conference Venue has been shortlisted for ‘Most Versatile Venue over 500 theatre style’.
In addition, the Association of Event Organisers (AEO) Excellence Awards 2022 shortlist has also been announced, with the NEC shortlisted for ‘Venue of the Year more than 20000sqm' and the NEC Event Management team shortlisted for ‘Venue Team of the Year'.

The NEC Group has also been shortlisted for the ‘Sustainability Initiative Award' by the AEO. This follows its announcement to build one of Europe’s largest electric vehicle charging hubs, which will go live in Autumn 2022.
