Chef Leadership

Executive Chef Simon Hellier leads the ICC’s culinary team, bringing more than three decades of experience in conference and event dining. Simon’s approach blends classical techniques with modern ideas, creating dishes that feel both familiar and exciting. His focus on seasonal British produce, thoughtful sourcing and culinary creativity ensures every menu reflects the very best of the ICC.

Conference catering is about more than serving food. On-Stand Hospitality

Our in-house catering team at the ICC can provide a range of fresh food and drinks, either delivered to your stand or prepared right in front of you by our specialist chefs. We provide a wide range of options to cater for any stand at any kind of event, ranging from nibbles to entice visitors, to a working lunch for your team, to handmade cocktails or food cooked at your stand.
